Annual fee & Club fee

The annual fee, to be paid to Campo De Golf,  for 2026 as confirmed on AGM 14 March 2026 is:

• € 1.000,41  for each shareholder and family member

• € 100,04 for transient members

Due date for annual fee paymemt: 2026-03-31

The club fee, to be paid to the Club, for 2026 as unanimously voted at the AGM on 14 March 2026 is:

• € 40  for each fullmember (shareholder) and transient member. (not family member)

Due date for club fee paymemt: 2026-06-30

IMPORTANT!!

 According to the contract with Campo de golf, the club is responsible for informing Campo about any change in the members’ status (active/transient) for next year.

In other words, all members MUST inform the club (villamartin.golfclub@gmail.com) no later than end of November the year before about any change. There is no need to send info if the status will remain the same as the present year, but necessary if there are any change.

 To underline the importance of informing about the status, this is how the Caddy master/Campo apply to the rules:

•  If a member fail to change from Transient to Active, he/she will be treated as Transient for the full year. Basically a Transient member do not have access to the golf course, but Caddy master allow access after paying full green fee minus 20%. If you fail to change from Active to Transient, you will be treated as Active and will have to pay the full annual fee.

• Family members not paying the annual fee, must pay green fee the whole calendar year. There is not accepted to “play for free rest of the year” when the total green fee paid exceeds the annual fee. The Caddy master do not accept a family member to change from green fee payment to pay the annual fee later in the year.

•  If a member is selling his/hers share during the year and have failed to pay full annual fee or Transient fee, but still have played the course several times during the first quarter (last due date for payment is 31/3), the new owner of the share must pay. The Caddy master record all rounds played by all members and the cost of the rounds played will be added as debt to the share. If the new member wish to become full member from the takeover of the share, the full annual fee paid by him/her will cover the debt.

Según el contrato con Campo de golf, el club es responsable de informar a Campo sobre cualquier cambio en el estatus de los socios (activo/transitorio) para el próximo año.

En otras palabras, todos los socios DEBEN informar al club (villamartin.golfclub@gmail.com) a más tardar a finales de noviembre del año anterior sobre cualquier cambio. No es necesario enviar información si el estatus seguirá siendo el mismo que el año actual, pero es necesario si hay algún cambio.

Para subrayar la importancia de informar sobre el estatus, así es como el Caddy Master/Campo aplica las reglas:

• Si un socio no cambia de Transitorio a Activo, será tratado como Transitorio durante todo el año. Básicamente, un socio Transitorio no tiene acceso al campo de golf, pero el Caddy Master le permite el acceso después de pagar la tarifa verde completa menos el 20%. Si no cambia de Activo a Transitorio, será tratado como Activo y tendrá que pagar la tarifa anual completa.

• Los miembros de la familia que no paguen la tarifa anual, deben pagar la tarifa verde durante todo el año calendario. No se acepta “jugar gratis el resto del año” cuando el total de green fee pagado excede la tarifa anual. El Caddy Master no acepta que un miembro de la familia cambie el pago del green fee para pagar la tarifa anual más adelante en el año.

• Si un miembro vende su parte durante el año y no ha pagado la tarifa anual completa o la tarifa transitoria, pero aún así ha jugado en el campo varias veces durante el primer trimestre (la última fecha de vencimiento para el pago es el 31/3), el nuevo propietario de la parte debe pagar. El Caddy Master registra todas las rondas jugadas por todos los miembros y el costo de las rondas jugadas se agregará como deuda a la parte. Si el nuevo miembro desea convertirse en miembro de pleno derecho a partir de la adquisición de la parte, la tarifa anual completa pagada por él/ella cubrirá la deuda.
