New website

Since our websystem was difficult to maintain/update, we decided to change to more modern tools, and also restructure the navigation to make it more user friendly. 

• We will keep the old system for a while as an archive, but remove it from public access in order to not cause confusion.

• We have reviewed all the existing pages in the old system, and copied the most relevant information to this new web-site.

• You will not require any user-name & password, the restricted information to members will be granted through to members by a separate link.

We hope you will like the new modern web-site and we will make sure that it will contain relevant and updated information.

Email

As you all have noticed, we used to have really big problems sending out information to all of you. The current process has been extremely time-consuming for us and the mail-adresses have not been updated/correct or in the wrong format.

This is what we have changed;

• Extract of all members mail-adresses from the members register

• Export/upload them to google mail/contacts

• Fixed all emails with wrong syntax

• Created a distribution list to all members, this will make the process of sending out to all members really fast.

Our new mail address is villamartin.golf@gmail.com
