Weekly Club Competitions

Our Official Weekly Groups - Background
We have four official weekly groups that are open to everyone and can be booked via Golf Manager.

Monday Morning Competition
A morning group with 64 tee times. Primarily handicap-based Stableford, single matches.

Tuesday Afternoon Competition
An afternoon group with 32 tee times, always team competitions and mixed teams with men and women. Focus on socializing.
 

Thursday Morning Competition
A morning group with 64 tee times. Primarily handicap-based Stableford, single matches. This competition is divided into a separate men’s competition and a separate women’s competition that play separately.
  

Sunday Afternoon Competition
An afternoon group with An afternoon group with 32 starting times. Preferably handicap-based Stableford, singles matches.   

Registration
You can book a tee time 45 days in advance. You can have a maximum of 12 bookings within a rolling 45-day period and a maximum of 6 bookings in one week. This applies to individual members. For shareholders who also have a family member, the above applies to both together. 

You book in Golf Manager (it clearly states that the time is intended for a competition) and you book the first available time and you obviously need to be logged in.

One week before the competition, the possibility to register closes. This is so that unused tee times can be booked by members who do not wish to participate in the competition. The competition coordinator, together with the Caddiemaster, then compiles a competition format and group division, which will be sent to you by email a couple of days before the competition. The format is displayed in Golf Directo. 

Things to keep in mind:
If you have signed up for a competition, cancelling within 7 days before the event creates a lot of extra work for the competition organizers. If you have to cancel, make sure to send an email to the contact person. 

Also note that the tee time you book via Golf Manager will not be your actual competition start time – you will receive that a few days before play via email (Golf Directo).
