Membership in Villamartin Golf Club require ownership of “Campo de Golf Villamartin’s Class 2a-B Preference Share”.  The Share entitles the Owner + 1 Family Member to play in Villamartin through out the calendar year for annual fee of 720,26 € (year 2010) each. This fee will be annually adjusted according to official cost index in Spain only. 

 Non playing member can change his Full Membership as Transient Membership and pay 10% of annual fee only. 

 Villamartin Golf Club and its shareholding members are sole holders for the lease for the Villamartin Golf Course and all the property on that area. 

 There are about 30 shares changing the ownership each year. The sale is fully between the seller and the buyer for the price mutually agreed. The sale shall be confirmed by the Notary.

Para ser socio de Club de Golf Villamartin  se necesita ser propietario de una Acción Preferente Clase 2a-B de “Campo de Golf Villamartin”.

La acción da derecho al propietario de la misma, más un miembro de su familia, a jugar durante todo el año pagando una cuota de 720, 26 € (año 2010) por cada uno. Esta cuota se ajusta anualmente con referencia al índice del coste de la vida en España. 

 Los socios que no jueguen pueden cambiar su condición de “miembros-jugadores” por la “miembros-transeúntes” y pagar solo el 10% de la cuota anual. 

 El Club de Golf Villamartín y su accionariado son los únicos titulares del arrendamiento del Campo de juego de Golf Villamartín y de toda la propiedad anexa. 

 Cada año hay alrededor de 30 acciones que cambian de propietario. La venta se realiza directamente entre el vendedor y el comprador por el precio mutuamente acordado. La venta se confirma ante Notario.

Die Mitgliedschaft im Golfclub erfordert den Erwerb einer Aktie: “Campo de Golf Villamartin’s Class 2a-B Preference Share”. Diese Aktie berechtigt den Besitzer sowie eines seiner Familienmitglieder gegen Bezahlung einer Jahresgebühr (2010 waren es 720,26  € pro Person) das ganze Jahr über in Villamartin zu spielen. Die Jahresgebühr wird alljährlich gemäß dem offiziellen spanischen Verbraucherpreisindex erhöht.

 Nicht spielende Mitglieder können ihre Vollmitgliedschaft in eine Übergangsmitgliedschaft umwandeln , und zahlen dann nur 10% der Jahresgebühr. 

 Der Golfclub Villamartin und seine Mitglieder sind alleinige Pächter des Golfplatzes samt zugehöriger Anlagen. 

Alljährlich wechseln etwa 30 Aktien ihren Besitzer. Der Verkauf findet ausschließlich zwischen Käufer und Verkäufer zum beiderseits vereinbarten Kaufpreis statt und muss notariell beglaubigt werden
