ASAMBLEA ANUAL GENERAL Y EXTRAORDINARIA

Se pone en conocimiento de todos los socios que la próxima  A.A.G.E  tendrá lugar el dia  30

de Enero del 2010. Esta fecha será confirmada por  correo a todos los  socios individualmente  

durante las próximas semanas con el respectivo EL Orden Del Día.Al mismo tiempo será

publicada en nuestra Página Web.
La Asamblea Extraordianaria se celebrará para la aprobación si procede del Calendario

Electoral .
La fecha  a proponer será el 13 de Marzo.
Siguiendo los estatutos, no se aceptaran votos por correo.
No habrá una segunda carta confirmando la fecha de las Elecciones
Si algún socio planea  una visita a Villamartin  coincidiendo con las Elecciones, será

aconsejable se informe previamente de la fecha exacta , la cual será anunciada  unicamente

en el Tablón de Noticias y en nuestra Página Web

EGM & AGM

An Extraordinary and an Annual general meetings are being planned for the 30th January 2009. The date will be confirmed by letter to all members in the next few weeks. The letter will also be published on this website.

The EGM is being called to approve a timetable for an Election for a new board of directors and the Election date proposed will be 13th March 2010.

Members are advised that postal votes will not be allowed and no letters will be issued confirming the date of the election, so in the event of the EGM deciding on a diferent date the new date will announced only on the Club noticeboard and on this website.

If you are planning a trip to Villamartin to coincide with the election please check the date of the election beforehand.
